Speak to a person over the phone

I speak to someone at ID mobile yesterday and they messed up and having my phone sent to the billing address. I had confirmed over the phone that the phone needed to be delivered to my home address. Low and behold, phone is going to billing address and I will not be there. The live chat is getting me no where. I would like to speak with someone over the phone.

How can I speak with someone over the phone??
