I’m sorry to hear you’re thinking about leaving us. I understand you want clarity on your final balance.

 

If you’re leaving iD Mobile, your remaining balance will depend on your contract type and whether there are any outstanding charges (for example, remaining monthly line rental or any usage charges).

 

You can check everything easily in the iD Mobile app:

Open the iD Mobile app
Go to Account
Select Billing
Check your latest bill and any remaining balance
If you’re in contract, you may also see an early termination fee if applicable

 

If your account is already cancelled or in the process of closing, your final bill will be issued shortly after disconnection and will show any remaining amount due or any credit owed.
