Hi,
I took out this SIM-only contract a few months ago and specifically asked whether I would be able to use it in Australia. I was informed that I would be able to, which was one of the main reasons I chose this contract.
However, now that I’m in Australia, I’m being told I need to pay £35 for only 10 days of usage. This is very disappointing, as I understood that roaming in Australia was included with the new contract.
I’m in Australia until 6th June, so I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this situation and help resolve it as soon as possible.
