speaking to someone about a problem with my bills

I’ve got 3 contracts but somehow I’m paying for 5, how can I speak to someone to sort it out

Hi ​@T2101W,

 

I completely understand why you’re worried being billed for more contracts than you actually have is stressful, and you shouldn’t have to sort that alone.

 

In order to see how many accounts you have you can look that up on our website or Selfcare app. Please kindly follow these steps: 

 

How to check your accounts in the iD Mobile app: 

  1. Open the iD Mobile app and log in. 
  1. Tap the menu (usually top-right). 
  1. Look for “Manage Plan” or “My Account”. 
  1. If you have more than one contract using the same login, you should see a drop-down list or a “Switch Account / Switch Number” option. (This will show every line linked to that email login.) 

 

On the website: 

  1. Go to the iD Mobile website and sign in. 
  1. At the top right, click on your number or your profile. 
  1. If multiple contracts are linked, you’ll see a list of numbers you can switch between.
