Still no referral payout

Has anyone else not received their referral payout? I have one set to "Pending" and was created on the 27th July 2025 and it says it can take up to 18 weeks. By my calculation, that means it should have paid out on the 30th November. My husband had the same issue. I have tried to raise a help ticket in the Aklamio system but when I try to select from the drop down list of reasons, it has nothing in the list.

Overall, quite disappointed that the payout has not been honoured. I've even tried reconnecting my PayPal account but no joy.

Would be interested if anyone else has experienced this same issue.

I refered my wife Lorraine for a new account which she purchased in early April but not showing on rewards section in my account.

Thanks for referring your wife, that’s great to hear! Sorry it’s not showing in your rewards section just yet, I can imagine that’s a bit frustrating.

 

A few things to check first, as these are the most common reasons it might not appear:

 

Things to double-check

  • Make sure your wife used your unique referral link when placing the order.
  • The order needs to be fully completed and active (not cancelled or returned).
  • Sometimes it can take a little time for the referral to track and show in your rewards section after the purchase.

 

What you can try

  • Log out and back into your iD Mobile account and check the Rewards section again.
  • Give it a few more days if the purchase was only made recently in early April, as tracking isn’t always instant.

 

Still not showing?

If everything looks correct and it’s still missing, the best next step is to get in touch with the Live Chat team so they can investigate it for you: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

 

They’ll be able to check if the referral tracked correctly and help get it resolved.
