Been trying to submit PAC code. Using the app going to plan then switch to ID mobile, the I get redirected to web page and click plan again then constantly getting "oops something has gone wrong". When in live chat keep getting unavailable to chat try again later. Is anyone available to help......been going on all weekend.... completely unacceptable.
