Hi , I’m ID mobile costumer and my contract is near the end and I would like to transfer my number to another ID mobile number and finish this contract, how can I do this?

You can’t port or transfer a mobile number between two iD Mobile accounts. Instead, you’ll need to port out to another network and then port it back.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, iD Mobile does not allow you to transfer a mobile number between two iD Mobile accounts.
If you want a new contract in another person’s name, they would need to take out a new account, and your current number could either:
Stay on your existing account until it ends, Upgrade to keep the number if eligible or
Be moved to a different provider using a PAC code, then ported back to a new account if needed.
