Switch to iD from Vodafone

Hi, my daughter has just moved to iD, she has asked for and received the pac code from her previous network Vodafone. When talking to Vodafone customer services she was told vodafone don't allow transferring vodafone number to id. Is this true, as I can't find any reference to this anywhere.Thanks.

No, that’s not true. You can indeed port a Vodafone mobile number to iD Mobile.

Many thanks for the prompt reply.

Vodafone should not be lying to customers who decide to leave, shame my daughter can't prove it, we've no idea which rep she spoke to and in any case as it will just be her word against the rep.
