Switched to ID Mobile but old provider still charging contract


Hi, I switched over from Vodafone to ID mobile on 20/2/25 and email confirmation said my old contract would be automatically stopped and I didn’t need to do anything once PAC number included. I thought I followed all instructions but I am still paying Vodafone contract, what should I do please?

Did you have any other services with Vodafone?

 

Does your Vodafone SIM card still work?

Yes I have other services with them (broadband) and yes my SIM card is still working. 
I did provide my PAC at time of taking out the contract and eSIM with ID mobile but the email confirmation has no porting date listed. So I’m thinking my old number hasnt transferred.
