Hello once again here look at this for reference make sure your looking at the option for Apple / iPhone
If you still can't manage to sort this out and where possible go along to a Curry's store and ask someone on the mobile phone section for assistance. But make sure you have your passport or driving licence as a form of identification, otherwise you'll not be helped.
