switching from one plan to another

Thanks for your message, and I’m really sorry for the confusion, I can appreciate it’s frustrating spotting a better deal so soon after your purchase.

I’ve had a look into this generally, and I’m not able to see any current iD Mobile offers that include Galaxy Buds as a free gift. If this promotion is being advertised by a third-party retailer or partner site, you would need to contact them directly, as they manage their own promotional bundles and eligibility.

In most cases, if a better offer becomes available after purchase and you’re still within your 14-day return period, the usual option would be to:

• Return your current order, and then
• Place a new order with the updated offer (if still available)

That would be the most likely way to benefit from any new promotions, including free gift, however, this does come with risks. If it is a new plan and you have transferred your number over, you will lose that number as mobile numbers cannot be transferred internally between 2 iD Mobile accounts.
