If your PAYG SIM is with a different network, you'll just need to transfer your number using a PAC (Porting Authorization Code). To get your PAC, text PAC to 65075 from your PAYG SIM, then give the PAC to iD Mobile either during checkout or through the iD Mobile app/My Account once your new SIM has arrived. The transfer is free, and your number will move across on the date you select.

If your PAYG SIM is already with iD Mobile, unfortunately iD Mobile doesn't support transferring a number directly between two separate iD Mobile plans/accounts.

Alternatively, if you looking to upgrade your PAYG account to a different type of contract this is not a service we offer sorry, once you purchase a contract as PAYG it cannot be changed to a different contract type.
