If your dad would like to keep his existing number, he'll need to submit his PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) to transfer the number to his new iD Mobile SIM.

This can be done through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

• Open the iD Mobile app
• Log in to the account linked to the new SIM
• Go to My Account
• Select Keep My Number / Transfer My Number
• Enter the existing mobile number and PAC code
• Follow the on-screen instructions to submit the request

Once the PAC has been submitted successfully, you'll receive confirmation of the transfer date. The number transfer is usually completed within one working day, although it can occasionally take longer.
