I am getting a new handset tomorrow and I have a physical SIM card in my current phone. I need to get an e sim card as my new phone is only compatible with e sim

Hi ​@Wmn282g., to get an eSim you can contact our customer service team via live chat or follow these steps to obtain it from the ID mobile app:

Open the iD Mobile app or log in to your account on the iD Mobile website.
Navigate to the 'Plan' section.
Scroll down to 'SIM & Phone Management' or 'Your SIM/eSIM' and tap it.
Select 'Request a replacement SIM or eSIM'.
Choose 'Get a replacement eSIM'.
Confirm your billing email address.
Tap 'Continue' or 'Yes, I want a new eSIM'.
You will receive a new eSIM QR code via email, which you can scan to install on your device.
Follow the on-screen instructions on your phone to complete the installation. Ensure you are connected to the internet for this step.
