switching to id mobile, number was meant to transfer over today but hasnt.

I selected today for my old phone number to be transferred to this new phone, typed in all the details as well as the PAC code. Nothing has happened today and the phone is still with the old number and I don’t think has activated yet.

Hi there ​@Jamie4137, all switches complete by 10pm on the selected date. Have you inserted the iD SIM and restarted your phone?
