My contract ends 10/10. I have paid my last bill by direct debit in 25/9 covering the period up to the contract end date. I've requested my PAC code. I'm being told if I pass it to a new network provider and switch that I'll be charged £14.78 termination fee. Is this correct if I've already paid up to the end of my 24 month contract?
