Text message of missed call FAILS

I receive a text message of a missed call. That text message contains the callers number, and suggests 'press the call button to return call'. HOWEVER.. The callers number is displayed as 44 (xxxx xxxxxx) (without the brackets, and numbers replacing the x's).

The PROBLEM is the contained country code (44) is seen as invalid as it SHOULD be +44. Therefore your (3's) system is displaying the country code INCORRECTLY which then fails when one taps the 'call' button. Maybe your techs can address this issue?

Hi there @KevinX, sorry to hear that. I’m not sure if this is something we ourselves at iD Mobile can control or change, as it’d be an automated system that sends these texts, likely from the Three UK network.

Are you able to enter the number personally and call them fine?

Thanks,

Tyler

Yes, creating and sending text is fine if one uses +44 or just the number. Using 44 (as opposed to +44 doesn't work. It is invalid.
