Thailand roaming. Is it in your plan now?

I thought I read in an email that I received a while ago that Thailand was being included in your roaming allowance on your plan. I’ve had a look but can’t find it. Did I missread the email and it’s not being included?

Roaming in Thailand is not included in any roaming allowance and is therefore chargeable.
