The End of my ID Contract

I have just closed my contract with you, but had £170.01 Outstanding to pay I have just paid £16.01 and intend to pay some more tomorrow. Is that OK  ? And may I haver a receipt for what I have paid ? I

 I shall pay the balance of some £100 at the beginning of July if that is Ok ?

Please get back to me by email And why is it so much  ???

I am a very hard-up and a recently bereaved, elderly and disabled Pensioner and this is why I have had to finish my mobile contract with ID as this is just too expensive. On a pension, I just cannot afford it

Can you reduce my severance pay at all
