I’m really concerned about my recent trade-in. My phone was delivered to the trade-in centre on 30th September (confirmed by Royal Mail tracking), but I still haven’t received any confirmation that it was received, or any updates on the cashback process.
I emailed the trade-in team on 3rd October and again on 6th October, but I’ve had no reply. Today is the 7th and I’m still completely in the dark.
I chose to use iD Mobile’s trade-in service because I thought it would be safe and reliable. Instead, it’s been incredibly stressful not knowing what’s happening with my device or my cashback. The lack of communication is really disappointing.
At this point I just need reassurance that my phone has been received and clarity on when I can expect my cashback payment. Honestly, if I’d known it would be this stressful, I would have just sold the phone directly elsewhere for more money.
Please can someone from iD Mobile confirm what’s happening with my trade-in?
