trade in not problems not received money

Sent in phone for trade in and Royal Mail shows delivery on the 06/08 but I have still not received confirmation of delivery or any funds, I have emailed  the Currys trade in team and have not had a reply. Could this be looked at?

Hi ​@Rebsun  sorry to hear that you haven’t had any update.

Once checked it can take up to 14 working days for the funds to be with you.

Please check your junk/spam in case any emails from our trade in team went there?

Hi where would I find my 44 ref number? so I can email the trade team
