I recently upgraded and was offered a price on my old phone from I'd Mobile. I sent away the phone when Curry's sent me the box to submit. I have tracked item which Curry's have received on the 29th December 2025. I sent asking email to them what is happening but they've said need 44 reference number??. Can anyone advise me on how to retrieve this.

Just realised the 44 number you are referring to is the transaction number found on your welcome to iD mobile email. Glad you got it sorted.
