trade in service shocking

I upgraded my son’s phone with a trade in. I paid the cost of the new phone. No trade in envelope came. It took ages and ages to find someone on the end of the phone at currys to help. Eventually I got a trade in pack. Sent phone off. Tracked as delivered. No update, no confirmation , no money, no replies to my emails. The service is appalling and I’m owed a significant amount of money. Who can help please? Don’t send me the email address for trade up as I get no response! The service is abysmal and feels like a con

I’m really sorry for the poor experience with the trade-in process, that sounds incredibly frustrating. To help make up for the inconvenience.
To complete a trade-in with iD Mobile, start by visiting idmobile.co.uk/trade-in and entering your device details to check its eligibility and get a valuation. If you're happy with the offer, accept it and request a trade-in pack. Once you receive the pack, send your device using the prepaid packaging provided. After your device is received and inspected, payment will be processed.
