I upgraded my son’s phone with a trade in. I paid the cost of the new phone. No trade in envelope came. It took ages and ages to find someone on the end of the phone at currys to help. Eventually I got a trade in pack. Sent phone off. Tracked as delivered. No update, no confirmation , no money, no replies to my emails.
