Sent my phone to Curry's for trade-in (arrived at Curry's 4th November). This is after months and four attempts to get a trade-in box sent out to me. I received my new phone mid August and I am still waiting for trade-in acknowledgement, payment or a reply to any of the emails I have sent. Yes I have checked my junk folder. I am again very disappointed in the service I have received and ID mobile have been unhelpful to say the least, just generic replies. ID mobile are complicit in this as Curry's are your sister company and trade in partner. What do I need to do to get this sorted?
