Can the ID mobile team please help.

I have sent my old mobile phone back for the trsde up scheme. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing 

No communication from the trade up team.

When will I receive my money or how do I get my old phone back

Hi Anneline,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I have emailed the trade up help team a couple of times

But all I get is an automated reply saying they will pass it on to the back office ??

nobody has checked to confirm what's happening with my phone.

Have they received it? Is it being processed?

When will I receive my money? 

How do I complain any suggestions
