Transferring data from physical SIM to esim on iPhone 15

I have just upgraded from iPhone 13 to 15. I cannot receive or send txt messages on iPhone 15 which means I cannot receive code to allow me to receive new esim so I can transfer data. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi ​@RachelLH ,

     

    Sorry you’re having this issue. This usually happens when the SIM hasn’t fully activated after upgrading.

    Please try these steps:

    1.Restart your iPhone 15

    2.Reset Network Settings

    Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings

    3.Check Messages settings

    Settings → Messages → Send & Receive → ensure your number is selected

    If you still can’t send/receive texts, please contact iD Mobile via Live Chat so they can re-provision your SIM.
