Hi @123p

Thank you for reaching out.

To transfer your eSIM to a new phone, you will need to request a replacement eSIM through the iD Mobile app or your online account.

Using the iD Mobile app:

  • Log in to the iD Mobile app
  • Select Services
  • Choose Replace SIM/eSIM
  • Select eSIM
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to request a replacement eSIM
  • Once processed, you will receive the information required to install the eSIM on your new device

Using the iD Mobile website:

  • Log in to your account
  • Navigate to Services
  • Select Replace SIM/eSIM
  • Choose eSIM
  • Follow the instructions provided

Please ensure that your new handset supports eSIM technology before requesting the replacement.

Please only submit the eSIM request once. Multiple requests can cause delays or issues with the eSIM being generated.

If you do not receive the eSIM email after submitting the request, please contact us via Live Chat or send us a direct message through our social media platforms, and a member of the team will be happy to assist further.
