trouble setting up voicemail pin

Hi I’ve tried all the suggestions for setting up voicemail pin but still getting the same message to call for set up.

Sorry to hear you’re still having issues setting up your voicemail PIN.

Please try the following quick steps:

Dial 123 from your iD Mobile SIM
When prompted, follow the voicemail setup options fully
If it asks again to call for setup, dial 1755 instead to access voicemail settings directly
Restart your phone afterwards and try again

If it still doesn’t work, let me know and I’ll get this checked further for you.

Hi & thank you. Dialled 123 & managed to set everything up & access my voicemails so all sorted 😊
