Trying to claim Apple Music

Hi,

I've just joined id Mobile and trying to collect my free apple music but I cannot.

I am getting “ UID Missing or incorrect. “ 

No matter what system I'm on Apple or Android or any browsers the outcome is the same.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong  ?

Have I'd mobile sent a faulty link ?
