two contracts but would like my old number on my new sim

Hi, I have a contract under one number but I have started a new contract as I got confused is there anyway to put my old number on my new contract

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    Unfortunately, iD Mobile does not currently support internal number transfers between two iD Mobile accounts/plans, so the old number would not be able to be moved onto the new contract.

     

    If you intended to keep your existing number, the new agreement would normally need to have been processed as an upgrade on the original account instead.

     

    We’d therefore recommend contacting our Live Chat team or returning to the original point of sale as soon as possible to discuss the available options, including potentially returning/cancelling the new plan and then upgrading correctly on the existing account.
