I switched recently from Lyca Mobile to ID Mobile, Did the port process and received the welcome email as well as the SIM at my door. How can I activate it as the new SIM has no network signals. During Activation, when I click on the button “Add an ID Mobile Number” on the website https://my.idmobile.co.uk/registration-success I put my ID Mobile Number received in the welcome email, my last name and my Date of Birth but still it says “Sorry, your details do not match our records.”I am done with Live chat, and calling the customer service. Please HELP!!
