I switched recently from Lyca Mobile to ID Mobile, Did the port process and received the welcome email as well as the SIM at my door. How can I activate it as the new SIM has no network signals.
During Activation, when I click on the button “Add an ID Mobile Number” on the website https://my.idmobile.co.uk/registration-success
I put my ID Mobile Number received in the welcome email, my last name and my Date of Birth but still it says “Sorry, your details do not match our records.”
I am done with Live chat, and calling the customer service. Please HELP!!
