unable ro connect

I've paid my ID bill twice in September but I'm still unable to text or make calls. ID are atrocious for helping, with no number to call or anything but this community help thing. I've tried everything. I get a connection for seconds then it goes. No one call call or text me or other way around. Help!!! !
