I am currently in Spain and have plenty of data on my account but once I leave the apartment that has wifi I cannot access my data roaming so cannot access maps etc . have restarted my phone, checked all my settings and still no use. My partner is on ID and he can use his phone with no problems. Has my data been blocked for some reason???

Make sure you are using Vodafone, Telefonica, Xfera, or Orange.

Hey there @sharontaylor00, sorry to hear that.

How long have you been abroad for?

Please also try changing between networks as kindly advised by @MZone, such as these above.

Finally, have you tried resetting network settings?

Thanks,

Tyler

I’m having exactly the same issue. How to I change it to another network

Hi there @samanthateacher, if you go into network settings, you should be able to switch your settings to manual, and manually select available networks. We’d recommend trying all Spanish networks available to see which works.

Thanks,

Tyler
