unable to call other number on my ID account

I’m unable to call my son, it says I have reached my capped limit but I have unlimited minutes. My son’s sim is on my ID account. I don’t have any issues calling anyone else.

    Thanks for your reply. ID resolved the issue on live chat last night. I had to reset the network settings on my iPhone and that seems to have worked.
