unable to log in to my account "your details do not match our records"

I'm unable to log into my account, it keeps saying 'your details do not match our records' when inputting my number, name and dob. Even though they are definitely correct. Is this the only way to get through to customer support??

I am unable to log in as it does not recognise my existing mobile number . How can this be changed, I do not want a new number
