I’ve received my sim. But after creating a sign on for the app it keeps sending me round in a circle, back to get started I put my info info and then back round.
alos the live chat doesn’t work for me I’ve tried the cookies etc as stated in the help guide

Are you sure you’re using the same email address you used to register initially?
Be sure to double check that no autofill info is getting in the way and putting incorrect/misspelt information in.

Another option is to use the search engine on your phone > go to the iD Mobile website > Login to your account and then save as a shortcut to your homepage.
Apps are notorious for glitching and so this way should bypass any problems.
