unable to make calls

Can you try to restart your phone and try to make a call again.

I've done that it says limit reached but I have unlimited calls and it is within the UK to a UK number

Hi Jemimah, I’m having the same issue. Did you manage to find a fix 

I didnt get it fixed however the issue stopped so idk. My phone is google pixel 9 pro xl

Thank you for the above information.

Please try the following settings:

Manually Select the Network
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Mobile network
Turn off “Automatically select network”
Wait for available networks to load
Select iD Mobile manually

Kinld re insert your Sim card as well or try your sim to another device.
