Unable to make or receive call while on wifi, need to remove wifi to make call.

I have 17pmax, I am trying to make call and  its not working unless i shut the wifi. same with receiving call as there is no dial tone. 

 

i have transferred my number from other provider and i m using e sim.

    Can you to do a mobile network reset.

     

    Mobile network reset:
     
    1.Press Settings.
    2. Press General.
    3. Press Transfer or Reset iPhone.
    4. Press Reset.
    5. Press Reset Network Settings.
    6. Press Reset Network Settings.
    7. Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
    8. Restart phone

     

    After you have done the above, please let us know if the issue is still ongoing or resolved.
