Unable to receive calls and Text messages

Hi

i transferred my number over to ID yesterday. Since then I’ve been unable to receive calls and messages. 
 

I’ve left it till after 10pm just in case but this morning I have the same issue. 
 

I need to be able to receive calls and messages for 2 factor security. Which I currently can’t do. 
 

I’ve seen previous streams with these issues. Just not sure what to do next ?
