unable to receive text message for new idmobile app registration

Im trying to register for the new app, I was an existing user but it asked me to register again, however on the sms otp section i have requested the code for 10 times at least but no success.

Unfortunately the new iD Mobile app is experiencing some issues at the moment, the team is working on getting this resolved, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
