Unable to redeem the '3 months free apple services', "UID missing or incorrect link"

I've received an email 12 days after purchasing a new contract, for redeeming the free 3 month apple services, the problem is that the links provided do not work, a message states "UID missing or incorrect link". 

I have noticed many others have had this issue as well, I need a solution to this as I'm trying to redeem the free 3 months apple music. Can a new working link be sent to me please?

I have the same issue. Can’t redeem the offer and says incorrect UID
