Unable to register with my Id mobile number

I created an account and even bought mobile data but when I tried to login to my account it keeps saying “details are not registered”

Yes in fact not only did I not register in both apps it even gave me a number that isn’t mine that ends with “853”

can you please fix this and register my phone number instead it seems like there’s something wrong with the registry system
