unable to transfer esim to new pone

Hi. Having trouble transferring my eSIM to new phone. I’ve tried all the normal stuff. I can’t transfer from my old phone and I don’t have a qr code. Thanks

Thank you for getting in touch with us,  I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble transferring your eSIM to your new phone. I understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you’ve already tried the usual steps.

If you’re unable to transfer the eSIM directly from your old device and you don’t have the original QR code, you’ll need a replacement eSIM issued to your account. The original QR code cannot be reused once it has been activated.

To get this resolved, please:

Log in to your iD Mobile app or online account and request a replacement eSIM (if the option is available), or you can send us private message to help with the replacement eSIM.

You can’t reuse a QR code or transfer an existing eSIM. To get a replacement SIM or eSIM, request one through the iD Mobile website or app and install it on your new device.
