Why is my unlimited calling capped

    Hi ​@Ringo_1970.

     

    Thank you for your question. Your unlimited calling plan applies to all standard calls, but premium-rate calls are capped.

    If you would like to use chargeable or premium services, you will need to increase your bill cap in your account. This will allow you to make those calls without restrictions.
