Hello

 

Was hoping for some help and assistance from someone as i have now spoken to the online id mobile services on 3 seperate occasions to be told something different every time (i have all the chat logs saved down as proof).

 

When i took out my latest contract i was told that i would have an unlimited data loyalty add on (something that i have had on my previous 2 year phone contract and provided me with no issues). At the time of placing the order i was told that if i provide my order number then this could be added. I then found out this hadnt been actioned and had to speak to another adivsor again to get this sorted. Again i was promised that this had been actioned. However today i have received a text message letting me know that the unlimited data add on will run out in novmber. I have been back onto the online adivsor team tonight and they have informed me that they cant action this desipte being told something different prior,

 

What i want to know is how can i get this add on added and resolved for good now, i have had to contact the online team to many times to get nowhere with this, for something that should of been sorted at the outset,

 

It would be also very useful if i could be provided with a phone number i can speak to an actual human on rather than being provided with an automated phone number and not getting through to anybody. I dont understand how something that has worked before in the past has cause issues now this time around and how i have been lied to. not very happy

 

please can someone help

Can someone help me with a add on my phone accidentally added a add on which I don’t need and I don’t know how to cancel it
