    Hi @personalimpact4,

    Thank you for your message.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues when trying to make calls, especially as you have an unlimited minutes allowance. We understand how frustrating this must be.

Even with an unlimited plan, this issue can sometimes occur due to a Bill Cap setting or because the number being called falls outside of standard inclusive allowances.

    To explain further:

Active Bill Cap: iD Mobile allows you to set a spend cap to help control costs. If your cap is set low (or at £0), it may block calls that are classed as chargeable, such as premium-rate numbers (084, 087, 09), directory enquiries, or international calls.
Out-of-plan numbers: Even with unlimited minutes, certain numbers are not included in standard allowances and will count towards your bill cap.

To help resolve this, please try the following:

Check your Bill Cap in the iD Mobile app by going to Account/Settings > Bill Cap
Increase or remove your bill cap temporarily to allow calls through
Double-check the number you are calling is a standard UK number (starting 01, 02, or 03)

    Thanks.
