I’m sorry for any confusion, but I can confirm that iD Mobile no longer network-locks handsets. This means your phone is already unlocked and can be used with other networks and eSIMs, including when travelling abroad.

If your eSIM isn’t working overseas, the issue is more likely related to:

• Roaming not being enabled on your account or device
• Network selection (you may need to manually choose a partner network abroad)
• Or device eSIM/roaming settings not being fully activated
