Unable to activate eSIM so I can swap to new handset (iphine15 Pro which has iOS 26.2.   The link I. The App to activate just takes you to same place.  On the new handset under 
Settjngs/Mobile Service shoews NNumber but “No Sim”

Thank you for reaching out. 

 

I am very sorry that you’re experiencing difficulty activating your eSIM on your new phone. Please be advised that if you are attempting to activate an eSIM that was previously activated on your old handset, it will unfortunately not work, as eSIMs cannot be transferred between devices.

 

To resolve this, you will need to request a new eSIM QR code. This can be done via the iD Mobile app by navigating to Menu > Account Settings > SIM & Device > Replace SIM, then selecting eSIM. Once requested, the new QR code will be sent to you by email.

Hi I did this and got some other help. However now lost all

connection. In the middle I inadvertently scanned QR code with original handset and now have no signal.  Cannot request a new eSIM as no

access to receive OTP text….  Help

please?!
