Unsure as to weather direct debits setup correctly

Hi, I thought I’d setup direct debits for both my accounts, but a few days ago i noticed on my app was asking for me to pay £6, which i did 3 times making £18, having checked my bank statement it says i’ve paid 5 times £6.

After checking i could see one account wasn’t setup for direct debits which i’ve now changed. so could someone look over my payments and direct debit to ensure everything’s been paid correctly and that i’ve not paid to much as i find you bill and payments quite hard to get my head around.
