unwilling to help

I lost my job back in April this year, I haven't been able to get another job due to my age, I was recieving jobseekers and now I just get my government pension, I went on chat to see if I could go onto a lower monthly payment, but was told there was nothing they could do, I'm upset about their attitude I don't want to get behind with my payments I was just asking for a little help, just told me they couldn't do anything, I've been with different mobile companies and they try to help but ID is the worst , once my contract is done I won't be continuing to use them and I won't recommend either

All I want is a lower monthly plan to help me out, but with me only being half way through my contract  all I got was there's nothing we can do and I was given info on debt advice, I'm not in debt but without the understanding of ID that is exactly where I will end up

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing financial difficulties and feel that iD Mobile hasn’t been able to assist. While it’s true that our options are limited, we’ll do our best to explore any alternatives that may help.

Could you please confirm whether you have a SIM Only plan or a Phone plan?
